Talking Through Our Differences – Generational Diversities Impact on Leadership and Engagement, will focus on the five generations that are currently in the workforce. Many organizations focus on making culture shifts to accommodate millennials, the largest generation in the workforce. This strategy, unfortunately, can unintentionally exclude the benefits and contributions of other generations and often does not address millennials in leadership roles. This presentation highlights leadership styles and how they are impacted by each generational bracket. Also, it will explore the differences between the five generations in the workplace and offers practical strategies necessary to engage each generation while incorporating that generation's values, perspectives, and contributions.
