Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area gave Lora Lindquist a diverse perspective as she attended Brigham Young University earning a BS and then studied at the Utah College of Massage Therapy. Over the last 14 + years she has used her education and massage therapy licenses in Oregon, South Carolina and North Carolina to develop into a seasoned expert in the massage therapy profession where the average career life expectancy is only 7 years. She has built Blue Heron Massage Flies to You since 2008 from the ground up and now has two of these locations in Pawleys Island, SC and Charlotte, NC. She acquired Palestra Boutique Spa in December of 2019 also in Charlotte where she can now offer the full-service spa experience.

Lora began massage therapy consulting as an expert witness in 2018 and has equal experience consulting for both the plaintiff and defense. She enjoys public speaking in all its forms including but not limited to massage therapy trainings, podcast appearances, educational seminars, religious and spiritual instruction and CLE courses. She has been a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2006. Lora resides in Fort Mill, SC with her husband of 18 years, Shaun Lindquist. Together they have six children between the ages of 17 and 4.

    Session Synopsis:

So much emphasis is placed on the ideas and end results of leadership and achievement that the pathway to the desired ENDgame is often lost in the chaotic shuffle of the daily grind. We are going to discuss the FRONTgame.  Focusing on the areas of life that go forgotten, procrastinated and unfed physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The parts of ourselves that we push to the side allowing doubt and fear to choke out the roots of our core beliefs. We are going to work on developing the skills necessary to prioritize the unmet needs that are holding you back from achieving your potential so that you can lead the way for others to follow.

    Session Learning Objectives:

Ask yourself some hard questions about where you are and where you want to be.

Learn simple ways to make the needed course corrections to feed your unmet needs and beliefs.

Pick ONE of these areas to work on (at a time) to allow for achievability of these goals.

Choose TWO people to whom you would like to be accountable to this ONE goal that you have set for yourself.
