Some managers may not even have the skill set to engage a top performer. The frequent result is increased turnover among essential employees and decreased overall engagement.

During this one-day workshop, we will discover how to develop a strategic performance management plan that will identify, engage and retain your top performers and help create a sense of ownership among key employees in their own leadership and performance development.

The workshop will help HR professionals:

• gain a greater understanding of their role in the strategic planning process,
• understand not only the importance of relationship building with key stakeholders, but how translate those connections into actionable priorities,
• learn how to influence change within an organization,
• how to develop a process to facilitate the identification of high potential and key employees, and
• communicate and influence leadership’s engagement with key employees through targeted employee development and succession planning.

In the end, participants will learn techniques to train managers to become strategically focused on the long-range development of employees rather than just the needs of tomorrow.
